There are many ways to convert paper documents to pdf.
However there are a couple of things you would need in order to do so:
1. A Computer Scanner
2. A PDF Converter
What you need to do is, scan the paper document/s into an image file in your computer. Then print the image file as pdf.
I know it sounds abit complicating but it is easy. I would first advice you to download this free pdf file converter (PrimoPDF)
Once PrimoPDF is installed, you can easily print image files into a pdf document.
Just remember, before you print, go to print settings and select PrimoPDF as your printer. When the setting is done, just hit print!
Your image document will be printed into a pdf document and is really to be sent to respective email.
