This is a very easy procedure.
There is two way you can do this:
1. Print out the order slip using your printer and fax the printed document to person or business who you intend to receive it.
2. Join an online fax service provider, save the order slip from your email into your local computer. Convert the file into pdf document and upload it to your fax service provider for submission.
Of course the most cost effective method would be option 2 as you don't have to waste paper and ink as well as pay for fax dialing charges.
